Lydia's Light & Grace
Supporting caregivers. Honoring lives. Building community.
Founded in loving memory and lived experience, Lydia's Light & Grace is a community-driven initiative dedicated to supporting dementia caregivers. We exist to raise awareness, provide meaningful resources, and build a network of strength — so that every family facing dementia feels seen, equipped, and never alone.
